Hi,
I've been trying to get an urgent licencing issue resolved since this morning (GMT) but I've heard nothing back. I have an app launching tomorrow at an event and I currently have a black screen. There are now just hours left to get the app working. If we can't launch it means months of development time and thousands of pounds wasted.
I've updated the payment method, can you please take the funds and re-enable the licence key?
