[Urgent] Project evaluation, Vuforia doesn't respond

Hi,

 

a big international agency contacted me to evaluate a Unity based AR project that requires model targets (presumably 360).

As a longtime user, I contacted Vuforia about VIP/Pro license access multiple times within the last days but did not get any response.

 

Scenario:

I need a way to test the reliability of model targets under certain conditions. Currently there seems no way to test custom 3D models using a developer license.

 

Questions:

- Is there any way to test custom model targets without having to invest in VIP/Pro licenses upfront?

- How much is a VIP license?

- How much is a Pro license?

- Is there any way to contact Vuforia support to reliably get anwers to time critical questions?

 

I urgently need answers, otherwise I have to cancel the client's request - which would be unfortunate, to say the least.
