VAT validation server unavailable

Hello, 

I've been trying to buy a basic license for the last few days, but am getting the message that the VAT validation server is unavailable (screenshot attached).

Any help with this would be massively appreciated!

I checked the system and I was able to go to the payment system once I entered all the details: name, address, vat number etc.

It attempts to make a call to..

Hi @mpldev,

THank you for bringing it up to our attention.

We use a 3rd party provider to assess the VAT and we noticed an outage on the 21st of January that got resolved.

Could you please let me know aprox at which time did you get the error?

@mcotora How soon will this be fixed? I am working with @mpldev on a project together and have been seriously delayed by the VAT issue

Hi, we're on the 2nd February and the form is still not working.  Could you please get an update from your R&D team?

@mcotora we are still waiting for this fix for the UK VAT service, it's quite urgent so any update or the fix going out would be appreciated
