@mcotora we are still waiting for this fix for the UK VAT service, it's quite urgent so any update or the fix going out would be appreciated

@mcotora How soon will this be fixed? I am working with @mpldev on a project together and have been seriously delayed by the VAT issue

THank you for bringing it up to our attention.

We use a 3rd party provider to assess the VAT and we noticed an outage on the 21st of January that got resolved.

Could you please let me know aprox at which time did you get the error?

Based on further testing the issue seems to be isolated to UK VAT numbers. I informed the dev team about the findings.

It attempts to make a call to..

The response it gets is `{"result_code":"VatApiUnavailable","transaction_id":"d88e150dfe2f43eaaddf05b426b06d51"}`

I don't know what more you need to know.  This is not working.  If this is a UK specific thing then please test and let us know.

Mcotora can you please look into this case number 15716314 as it is holding us up from using Vuforia on a project and also holding us up from paying you!
