I have deployed my app to store for free with Vuforia6 watermark.

if I understand or correct  me if I’m wrong, if I'm used vuforia 5.5 for publish  my app  with the water marks my  app can life on the store with no problem for license correct? 

In other case if in the future use   version 6 but   the app that create   will not exceeded the 1000 install  let said  500  total in both  platforms  I could publish  my app on the store?

Correct. This is the total number of app installs across any/all platforms supported by Vuforia 6.

I assuming the app install number is all platforms added up.  So say I had 500 installs on Android and 500 installs on iOS, i would need a standard license.  Can you clarify that is correct?

To provide additional clarification:

An app that is only for consumer use and has less than 1,000 app installs can be distributed in app stores with a Development license. A paid license is required for a Consumer app with more than 1,000 installs. An enterprise app cannot be distributed with a Development license.

A consumer app distributed using Vuforia 5.5 or earlier with the previous “Starter” license can remain live in app stores even if it has more than 1,000 installs. If an app with more than 1,000 installs is updated to Vuforia 6 or later a paid license is required.

what happens to existing applications?

Per the Vuforia 6 Developer Agreement, a Standard License "is required for Developer Applications that will have more than 1,000 App Installs and do not require a Special Use License".

Additionally, Vuforia 6 pricing now only offers a free license (with watermark) for the Development License, which is required for Developer Applications that are in development and are not distributed to end users.
