Vuforia License in student's project

Hello,  I would like to ask can we use development key, for educational goals in our project. We will use the vuforia sdk only during the public presentation of our application. Our app will not be published in google store, and apple store. So, my question sounds: Can we use it development key for this purpose? And for example can we buy cloud license only for month?
