Changing a region is affecting to activate Vuforia model target?

Hello,

My customer developed a AR app for Home appliance and it worked well in Korea.

They took the AR app to German for important demonstration and tried to perform with the same home appliance but it didn't work at all.

The model target is not recognized at all..

Do you know why it doesn't work at all? Vuforia engine have a limitation according to different regions?

Vuforia is *not* region locked and does *not* have any limitations based on location.

Could you please elaborate on what home appliance was used? maybe provide a picture?
