I am currently working on porting an app that uses Vuforia to UWP devices. The app currently works fine with both iOS and Android.
However, the UWP build crashed when initialising Vuforia, when testing the build on a PC. Dows Vuforia simply not work on PC's but only on mobile devices, though they all run on the same platform (UWP)?

Is there a complete list of acceptable UWP Devices?
I can only find this page: https://www.vuforia.com/devices which is pretty vague.
What about Surface Pro, for example?

Vuforia 2D features (Image Targets, etc) should support all UWP tablet devices with an embedded camera, similar to the Surface Pro.
Note that certain Vuforia features, such as Ground Plane and Model Targets, are only supported on a limited number of UWP devices: https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Solution/vuforia-fusion-supported-devices.html
