Export trained 360 database fails

After my advanced model target 360 database has been successfully trained, I clicked the Export button. Then I got the following error. See the image attached. How to solve this problem? Thanks ahead.

No database files downloaded and saved into the directory (this directory itself is not created too):
C:\Users\syp737\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Vuforia\TractorAR_d83caf997ba644f1a4105eed8354f39c

Hi,

Based on the error, it seems to be a an issue with your temp folder.

Could you please run MTG with admin rights and let me know if the issue occurs?

I have figured it out! The reason is that the trained model target database is stored in some cloud drive (maybe Google Drive or something like this), but the China GFW prevents the MTG to access the cloud drive, so the MTG doesn't create the dataset directory in Windows 10's user directory.
