How to put digital content on 3D Model like Ask Mercedez app did?

Hi, I'm developing similar app like Ask-Mercedez which scans the 3D Model using Model Targets then put digital content on that, how I'm approaching to the solution is to use CAD models or Object Scanner to detect 3D Objects which I did by pushing custom 3D models in Model Targets Unity Test App & that's working fine, now I just wanna know how to put digital content on 3D objects such as on steering wheel & dashboard. would I need to use VuMarks for this? Thanks  Any help will be highly appreciated
