Model is getting visible, but on wrong position

Hi guys,

i am using Unity 2017.3 and Vuforia 7.0.36 for using my model target. The "target" is created with the Model Target Generator.

In Playmode the target is detected and the model is getting visible - but on a very wrong position. It is placed behind the near plane of the AR Camera and not on its real object at the table. Where is my mistake?

Has anyone an idea?

What measurements did you set in the MTG? What is your scene scaled to?

i got this problem also.



i generate 2 individual models. and try it in the same unity scene. One works fine. Another one always start in an incorrect camera position and angle
