Model Target Generator behind proxy

Hi, 

When I login MTG on login window, it doesn't work with error message "Service is not available. Please try again later."

I guess the reason why is my pc is bebind company proxy. Is there any way to use proxy server for login?

Hello cknism,

It might be that your company is blocking the MTG from connecting with the Vuforia servers. I'd recommend checking with with your IT department.

The Model Target Generator needs to access the following URL: https://mtg.prod.vuforia.com to function. Please adjust firewall rules accordingly.
