Model Target Not Appearing in Scene View

I am trying to make an app for the HoloLens using model targets. After making a model target in the MTG and importing it into Unity, I am unable to see the model target in my scene view. Also, when I run the app on the HoloLens, no guide view appears. I also tried using the sample model target scene, but faced the same issue. All that appears in a blue bounding box around where my model should be.

On another review, I realized I'm getting two concerning messages when running the app:

"Model Targets are not supported by Digital Eyewear." (I thought you could use them for the HoloLens?)

"Failed to load data set XXXXXX." (No idea what's causing this).

I'm using Unity 2018.2.11 and Vuforia 7.2.23, and I'm using a very recent development key. Any advice at all would be appreciated!

Hello,

First thing to try is your license key. Suggest that you get a new free development key from the Vuforia Developer's Portal and integrate it into your app. This is likely the source of a few of your errors.

Thanks for the response! I just created a new license key and added it to my app, and still have all the same issues. Any other ideas?

Hello,

Do you see the same behavior when running our Model Targets sample on HoloLens?

Here are some other things to be aware of when running Model Targets on HoloLens:
