ModelView file faild to upload

I have got a vip service.

And use the model target generator to generate a modelview file.

Did what you have told me in the guide,and it comes to a error when uploading the modelview file.and i do not know why.

The website said "at least one modelview file needs to be uploaded to create a new database"

I have tried serveral times to upload,and it all comes to this error.

I can not upload the modelview file cause it does not support the format.
