Targets manager is failing to create database

Hi,

The targets database is not building. I have now tried multiple times. Compiling a database for Unity.

Message on website: "It is taking too long to create the database. Please try again."

It appears the problem may be intermittent and happens for even very small target databases, at least in my case.

I was getting the "taking too long" error in which the database fails to compile/download for a database with only two small images in it.
