Building recognition

Hi

    I am a newbie to AR domain. I am interest to create an app of recognizing a large building. Foe example, I went to xx street and use my app to scan a clock tower. The app will automatically recognize this is XXX tower in XXX city. And then few AR introduction appears around the tower. I have seen a lot of examples of recognizing small toys etc. Can Vuforia SDK even recognizing giant object such as building, tower etc. Can anybody give me a hint of where to start please.

Hi William, 

I am fairly new to this too, however I found that that Unity and Vuforia work very well as a starting point for AR. Vuforia and Unity seem to me to offer a lot of flexibility and is accessible for people with little programming experience.
