Do BIG Objects work well? (180cm long)

Does anyone have any experience using the Object Scanner with BIG objects (180cm long , 100cm wide, 60cm tall for example)? 

Also objects that are all one colour.

 

If you have, does it work well?

 

I'm asking because I can't use the CAD Model Target Method, due to my model having large holes in the design
