How can I recognize the image below 4.5cm?

Hello,

I tested that QR code and 2D images are recognize. But,small images show not good recognition.

Because I'm test 2D images and QRcode. And results are small images are showed Instability and very bad recognition. I think that using image size 4.5cm above images(4.5cmx4.5cm) .

Because, 2D Images are not bad recognition. But, I'm not sure.

Please help me!
