Markerless Buttons

Hello,

I was wandering if anyone could help me.

How can I create a Virtual Button for the AR game which user can press with the hand in the air (not on the screen but in front of the phone's camera)?

I've looked at the hand recognition but couldn't find anything for free.

Is there a way to do it?
