Random blueprint as marker?

hi, my name is ricky... im quite new to this AR things. it happens that i need to learn how to make an AR apps here. my question is, is vuforia able to track some blueprints? eg : building blueprints.

i want to make the app to scan a random printed buildings blueprint, then recognize the lines in the blueprint as marker and place object there. i still not sure, but i think the blueprints isnt defined before hand, only the features would be.

is it possible to make it using vuforia? if it yes, how? could you kindly explain the process to me?
