Similar Image Reco

I wanted to make sure that the flow of recognizing similar images is, as follows:

1. We already have images on Vuforia. 2. We uploaded a second image. 3. Take the target id of the 2nd image. 4. Checked it against the other images to see if there is a duplicate one to this image. 5. We use the info on this page to do the above operation --> https://library.vuforia.com/content/vuforia-library/en/articles/Solution/How-To-Perform-an-Image-Recognition-Query.html

Please advise if this is correct?
