Model Target on iOS not working well

I'm trying to make my application work on iOS devices, but I noticed a problem.

Vuforia seems to detect the object, but can't place on it my augmentation. All of the 3D models are shown correctly and all the functionalities work, but there is "no 3D", I see the assets locked in 2D (anyway, camera can be moved, I mean, the augmentation is not anchored to the camera).

Do I miss something in the build phase? Which is the problem?

NB: I tested before on Android and everything goes well.
