1 model with multiple Texture

March 30, 2013 - 8:15am #1

I have a model file that converts files from .h file as .obj and Texture from the .obj file Export model is coming out with a Texture file which .png and .jpg file, all 18.

Asked whether:
1. the applied Texture on the app, it uses the file extension?, or have two extensions.
2. you will need to adjust the code so that all 18 Texture which was used for the model 1 piece.

For example, the Texture file Export .obj file.

From the picture, for example, can be used as a Texture file.

Hi, if you are programming on Android native (not using Unity3D) you need to have fairly good programming skills in OpenGL if you want to be able load and render models with several textures,

you can follow these two tutorials which explain you how to work with a single 3D model and how to add textures:

https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/dev-guide/replacing-teapot

https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/dev-guide/adding-textures

If your use case is more sophisticated than that, my recommendation is to use the Unity extension of Vuforia.
