is there way add FBX animated 3D object to project

Hello, I work well with obj file after convert to .h file. need 3d object with animation. I know that obj file can't be with animation. Is there way to add fbx file to project ? Thanks

Not directly, no. You'll need to bring in a 3rd party library, or some other solution for loading the FBX model and then rendering it each frame. I suggest looking for an OpenGL ES compatible game engine.
