transparency masking?

I want to make only a part of AR object visible. For example, as in the attached image, a part of brown object is shown only on the red circle and the rest of the object is not visible.

How can I implement such a masking effect in opengl es 2.0?
I'm a newbie to opengl es. Please help me detailed advice or instructions.
