Hello,
I'm having a couple of problems with creating Single-Image Image Targets.
First:
When I am downloading a package that has a large number of trackables (> 80) and put it into an app, sometimes it doesn't recognise some of the last two or three image targets. If I deselect some of the other targets and redownload the package it starts recognising them again.
Deleting and re-uploading the images hasn't helped either. The only way that has worked for me is creating a new project and re-uploading all 80+ targets, then it starts working on all of them.
All my images are PNGs.
Second problem:
When creating a trackable that is in portrait mode and I enter in the "Width" field the width, the resulting config file put the Width field in the height and scales the width down.
e.g. I have an image that is 596x800 px
When creating the target I enter width as 596.
When the config.xml file is created it has it as:
Then I have to change it manually myself. I haven't tried, but I'm guessing that if I put the width as 800 I will get the right dimensions in the config file.
Thanks for your help!
Edit: I couldn't find the creating trackables board in the "AR Developer Forums" so I posted it here.
This is a runtime limit on how many features can be stored and processed.
Thanks for the report, we'll look into this. Can you possibly send the two target images to
?
