How can we get all datasets as deactivated data sets?

I don't think you can download files to the assets folder. Instead, you can download to the sdcard or to internal app storage. You should be able to list the files in either of these locations. I suggest looking for some tutorials online.

You can load a dataset from anywhere on the device using the STORAGE_ABSOLUTE storage type with the DataSet::load function, given the absolute path to the file. Or you can use the STORAGE_APP type and a path relative to the private application data.

Excuse me, you're right. I want to get all datasets from asset folder. Let me define it on an example,

I will update my aplication datasets weekly and it will be dowloaded from internet. I want to list to user all datasets that are in asset folder. Then he or she will be able to select which he wants. If I define dataset names into jni code, then I will have to update all aplication to add new datasets, or replace. If I can get all datasets from asset folder, then It will be enough, dowloading dataset to asset folder.
