I've scoured the forums and I can't seem to find any related topics.
I'm trying to find the position of a target relative to another target. I've tried multiplying the child model view matrix by the inverse of the parent model view matrix but the coordinates seem to change with the position of the device even though the targets remain at a constant position. Since they targets remain at a constant relative position, shouldn't the matrix stay the same (ignoring jitter of course)?
I also discovered the inverse function included with the SampleMath example class is incorrect. A matrix multiplied by it's inverse should result in an identity matrix, but the results were incorrect. I have a corrected version if anyone is interested.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
