Can you capture a user defined target in runtime and upload it to the cloud, so other users would be able to display content based on that target?
Hi, you cannot "capture" the user defined target per se;
but, probably, the best thing you can do is to capture the Camera Frame at roughly the same time when the UDT is created; once you have captured the camera frame image, you can do what you want with that image (e.g. saving it, uploading it, etc...)
