QCAR uses OpenGL ES to render 3D content. You can store your models in any way that is compatible with OpenGL ES, but that's not a QCAR-specific problem.

Our samples use a simple .h format with vertices, texcoords, normals, and indices (e.g. Teapot.h). You can find the sample rendering code in the native renderFrame method (e.g. in ImageTargets.cpp). This is only one approach, however. You should be able to integrate any OpenGL ES rendering solution.

Hmm, I'm not sure what you're referring to. Image targets are created using the online TMS (My Trackables tab), and the tracking data is downloaded as a config.xml/qcar-resources.dat pair that you include in your project. There is no database.
