AR Core block torch to active

Hello Guys,

So, my apps need to activate the torch so it can scan my toys. The torch works well in iOS and in Android devices that doesn't support AR Core.

My apps needs to check positional device tracker that it will automatically activate the AR Core needs to optional. But, then the AR Core make the torch can't working.

As you might've noticed, this is a limitation with ARCore. There's a Github issue that you could raise your feedback from Google: https://github.com/google-ar/arcore-android-sdk/issues/153
