Problem with Vuforia not giving any errors but also not showing AR

Hello,

We have a problem with Vuforia recognizing the image target saying "StatusInfo changed from UNKNOWN to NORMAL" but the camera doesn't show anything. If that is the case we noticed that we then need to show the image target multiple times, before it recognizes that the image target is actually showing.

So there are no errors or warnings, there is just nothing happening, in the console it says "StatusInfo changed from UNKNOWN to NORMAL" and "StatusInfo changed from NORMAL to UNKNOWN" when removing the image target in front of the camera. We need to show the image target a couple of times (random) before the camera recognizes the image and showing the AR... 

How can we get it to recognize and show the AR instantly (or close to instantly)?

The lighting is good, the image has a 5 star recognition label  

We are using Unity 2019.4.38f1 with Vuforia 8.5.9

Hope someone can clarify the problem for us.

It's recommended to upgrade Vuforia Engine to a later version as v8 and v9 are deprecated and not supported anymore.

Please let me know if there's any issues with tracking with our latest version of the SDK.

Since Vuforia Engine versions 8 and 9 are no longer supported, it is advised to update to a newer version[url=https://makeatea.com/how-to-make-shroom-tea/].[/url]
