I am developing using vuforia and Photon2. However, I get the error DLLNOTfoundException: vuforiaEngine.dll.
Please tell me what to do.

I don't know anything about Photon2, but I'd suggest using the latest version of Vuforia Engine (10.3.x) and Unity 2020.3.x and above.
