Vuforia SDK Version: 5.5.9 -
Description with steps to reproduce: I've install Unity 5.3.5 and Vuforia Android plugin 5.5.9, created a simple AR app and been able upload it successfully to my Android device.
However each time I play my Unity project the following error appears in the Unity console: Failed to load 'Assets/Plugins/VuforiaWrapper.dll', expected 64 bit architecture (IMAGE_FILE_MACHINE_AMD64), but was IMAGE_FILE_MACHINE_I386. You must recompile your plugin for 64 bit architecture.
Is this something I need to resolve? If so can you advise what I need to do?

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: Yes
