It should be mentioned in the 1.5 beta documentation (available as a downloadable pdf on the portal). Once 1.5 is out of beta the online documentation will be updated as well.

I think this should be mentioned in the Getting Started guide; it took me quite a while to find out that this checkbox was the reason my trackable wasn't detected.

I had similar problems with 3d models who did not appear.

Simply forgot to check "Load Data Set xyz" in the ARCamera Inspector.

Just make sure the model is a reasonable size compared to the image target.

Is this model much bigger/smaller than ones you've used in the past? Have you increased/decreased the scale of your image target by a large amount? If so, you might need to adjust the near/far parameters on the ARCamera.

Try dropping a "good" model back on your target and see if it still works.

the model is a child of the image target object and it`s not falling through the target , but how can I make its size fit ?

There's not much to go on here. Is the model a child of the ImageTarget object in your scene? Is it sized to fit? Does it have a rigid body that is affected by gravity (perhaps it is falling through the target)?
