black screen with prime31 etcetera plug-in

Do anyone know how to solve the black screen problem by Prime31 plug-in...?

i do try to use the sample BackgroundAcess by Vuforia, but dont understand what it means by Deactivate Bacground camera & Activate AR camera...

can show me step to step on the issue to solve the Black screen?

 

Hope someone can bring me out from here...

Are you seeing a black screen while the app is running, or when trying to take screen shots?

while it is running... what i want is adding a function of screen shot be able to save it into my camera roll... or i get someway wrong?

Have you checked the Unity website for taking scrrenshots:

I do, but what I want is to save the screenshot into camera roll. Any other method beside of prime 31? I know there is a conflict between vuforia and prime31, all I know is about prime 31 will able to do so.... My pardon for loo little knowledge. I need help...

Try turning off anti aliasing. This is often a problem with screenshots
