Can we use assets from the Vuforia Unity-Sdk in our commercial game?

It would be nice, if somebody from Vuforia Team itself answers this.

Hello,

I just  started working on an augmented reality game using Vuforia AR unity-sdk. I will  post a link here for showcase, once it is done.

Well, I have a query:
1) Can I use the Assets (scripts, images) of the Instruction screen, of one of the Vuforia's Unity sample
demo i.e 'userdefinedtargets-2-0-7.unitypackage' found in "vuforia-sampleapps-unity-2-0-7.zip"

Well, I am creating a user-defined target instruction screen for my iphone game, and I want to use
that demo's instruction screen as it is and also to add more content to it.

Let me know, if i can use it, or if there is some kind of limitation about the samples, if yes, let me know what kind of?
I am making a game for commercial use.

It's ok to modify the instructions so long as you make it clear that these are your instructions, not Qualcomm's.

i.e. there should be no misrepresentation
