If you downloaded our extension from this website you should have extracted the unitypackages to some location on your computer. You'll want to move them to Unity's "Standard Packages" folder to get them to show up in that list. On Windows, the path should be Unity\Editor\Standard Packages, and on Mac it's Unity\Standard Packages.
This is convenient, but it isn't strictly necessary. Once you've created a new project you can import packages at any time using Assets > Import Package > Custom Package. Then you can browse to a unitypackage anywhere on your computer.
If you used the Asset Store to get our extension, it should show up in the "Import the following packages" menu when creating a new project. You can also import it at any time by going to the Asset Store > Download Manager.
