See attached images. I have an AR character in Unity that jumps up through a trap door. Everything is working great except I cannot figure out how to construct a "hole" in the target image for the character to jump out of. Everything I create is covered up by the target or is too shallow to be believable. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Creating a hole in the target
Hi, there are various techniques for creating holes in 3D, typicall they consist of combining 2 shapes, one of which is depth-masked (i.e. it is invivisble and only renders to the depth buffer);
however, this question would fit better in other Forums and websites about Unity 3D.
