Default Planes as children of ImageTarget prefab

This error seems to happen frequently whenever I have one or more default planes as the children of an ImageTarget:

Actor::updateMassFromShapes: Compute mesh inertia tensor failed for one of the actor's mesh shapes! Please change mesh geometry or supply a tensor manually!
UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:HierarchyWindowDrag(HierarchyProperty, Boolean)
UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure. Others who have encountered this report no effect, but I expect that it may impact the physics behavior of the Plane.

This seems benign so far..

What are some complications from this error?

This error tends to arise from the use of a Rigidbody on a Plane. Can you use a thin box instead?
