DepthMask with Unity 5

Hi,

I don't manage to use depthmask shader for Android device. We all experimented UI problems with Unity 5 and from this thread, I changed the render queue for the videoBackground shader. This makes the depthmask shader render black. As I posted in the linked thread, I also changed the render queue of depthmask shader (geometry+2) and that of depthmasked geometry  (geometry+5). It actually works in Standalone play mode, but when I build for android, it goes to unexpected behaviour.

Config:

  1. Tablet Samsung Galaxy Pro SM-T900, android 4.4.2
  2. Unity 5.0.2f1 32bit
  3. Vuforia 4.2.3

First Image: What I've got in Play mode Standalone Windows when tracked

Second Image: Android device when tracked

  1. Moves like it's been tracked
  2. No shading, Background Red -> Don't know why, background is a skybox.

This is probably due because of the render queue. I can I correct it please?

We all experimented UI problems with Unity 5 and from this thread,

 

You can now try Unity 5.0.3 which should resolve the issue you refer to.

If you upgrade to Unity 5.0.3, then there should be no need to change the render queue of your depth mask shader.
