Framerate

Hello everyone,

I want to use the Qualcomm SDK for AR. But if I track an Image and the Model is shown, the frame rate goes down.
I have tested the Powered by String SDK, too. In this I can set the Framerate at 0.0 FPS. But if I set the FPS in Qualcomm at 0.0, not view will show.
Have anyone an Idea, if I can set the FPS at 0.0 and Qualcomm works.
I have no animation in the Model, I want only show the Model.

The camera is rendered as part of the Unity update loop, so if you throttle the fps you'll also throttle the camera update rate. Try setting kFPS in AppController.mm to something like 5.0 to see what I mean. Note this is assuming you are building for iOS.

You can try setting that value to something like 15.0 if you want to reach a compromise between camera fluidity and render updates.
