How do we get specific information on how this plugin works?

Hey,

There is no information about what the vuforia DLL is doing specifically and the standalone behaviour is not the same as the on device behaviour.  This makes developing a more complex app a pain.

I'm trying to do stereoscopy on mobile devices.  For standalone I just modify the created cameras after a delay, however on device those same cameras don't exist (different names?) and the functionality appears to be different (no render texture).

1.  Why is the system so closed?  If I want to modify vuforia cameras or objects I need to wait for them to made and then change them rather than just adding/changing code when the game objects are made.  I'm pretty sure I remember this being more open last time I was playing with it.

2.  Where can I get documentation about how the Unity side of this plugin works?  Full API documentation and technical camera functionality please.

3.  We're trying to do Ar/Vr and having the camera move rather than the tracked objects is not ideal.  Is there a way to change the tracked object to move?

Have you reviewed our Background Texture Access sample? - that demonstrates how to employ standard Unity cameras for video background rendering. 

And for #3, you can set the Word Center Mode on the ARCamera to CAMERA so that augmentations will move relative to a stable camera position at 0,0,0.
