Hi.~
I have a Android device's camera problem..
I have 4 Android device..
1. Galaxy S (2.3)
2. Galaxy S2 (2.3)
3. Galaxy Tab 7" (2.2)
4. HTC Nexus One (2.3)
Nexus-One and Galaxy Tab is tracking perfact!.
but Galaxy S and Galaxy S2 is low tracking performance.
So, I checked Device's Camera resolution...
I checked on "TrackerBehaviour.cs" 's "ConfigureVideoBackground()".
videoMode.width, height.
[Camera Device Mode Setting is MODE_OPTIMIZE_QUALITY]
1. Galaxy S : 320 x 240
2. Galaxy S2 : 320 x 240
3. Galaxy Tab 7" : 800 x 600
4. HTC Nexus One : 640 x 480 , [MODE_OPTIMIZE_SPEED : 320 x 240]
It's always fixed camera resolution on Galaxy. any other Camera Device Mode Setting.
Is fix Galaxy's camera resolution in QCAR??
I want change Galaxy's camera resolution. 640 x 480 or over...
How can i ??
Plz, Help me~~
Hi,
I now had the chance to try the QCAR on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (GT-P7500) and it seems like the maximum camera resolution is just 640x480 there. considering the resolution of the screen this gives not a really pleasant image for the AR application. As the Galaxy Tab 7" already had a higher resolution i guess it should be possible to also increase it here.
Please help me with that, a better resolution camera image would be essential for my application (on the x10 as well as on the tab)!
regards,
stefan
