Its is possible to create a button, then when press the touch buttom the 3d object bone, point to the Augmented Reality cell phone camera, and when the button is release, the 3d object bone return to the start point.
Object Looking for the Camera
You would provide the ARCamera's transform as the argument. To return to the original orientation, simply save that position and do the same when you want to rotate back.
There is also a SmoothLookAt script provided with the standard assets import in Unity. This will rotate the object smoothly.
