Paparazzi or similar apps

If an app like Papparazi created complete with unity? Or was Unity integrated into eclipse like this?

So you can create those apps completely in Unity (with start menu, react to the hardware buttons click ...).

In Unity for Android, Input.GetKeyDown(KeyCode.Escape) maps to the back button and Input.GetKeyDown(KeyCode.Menu) maps to the menu button. The home button suspends your app and I'm not sure about if Unity has a mapping for the search button.

I can say that this app was developed with Unity. I saw a developer interview on this website somewhere and he confirmed using Unity + QCAR

You can certainly create an entire app in Unity (although I can't speak for that app and how it was developed). Unity has APIs for developing user interfaces, switching scenes, etc. As for the hardware buttons, I know the back button is mapped, I'm not sure about the others. A quick search in the Unity forums should let you know!
