How can I Activate the Parent animation on Image Found and Deactivate de Parent animation on image Lost.

Implement the TrackableEventHandler interface in a separate script and add your code in the OnTrackingLost() and OnTrackingFound(). On Start() you should reference the parent game object (or make it public and assign it in the inspector), and then use that transform's animation component to access animation functionality of the object.
