Split augmentation on the image plane

In the editor view, I can move the teapot like this:

But when I build that for my phone, I see the entire teapot.
Is there a way to hide parts of the model below the image target?
I know about Unity culling masks, but from what I understand it only hides entire mesh's and not "half" of them.

We provide a DepthMask material that should help here. It can be found in the Qualcomm Augmented Reality/Materials folder. Create a plane to act as an occluder and apply that material.
