unable to extend Unity project into Eclipse

November 4, 2013 - 1:38pm #3

Hi there

I spent days on trying to make this extension work!

I have a Unity vuforia project that I'd like to add custom layout/buttons and classes to show up information about the 3d models in the app.

Referring to the following tutorial; https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/dev-guide/extending-unity-android-activity-and-adding-custom-views-eclipse

In step 10; I don't have the "Editor" folder under my Unity installation "I'm using Mac"

I tried to reinstall Unity to see if I'll find the Editor folder but there I can't find it.

I believe classes.jar in the editor folder is the key sulotion in my case.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

If you dont have the Editor folder, you should at least have a Data folder, under which you should find the PlaybackEngines folder etc..

you can also find the classes.jar doing a file search.

Unfortunatly no I don't have them. I even asked a friend that has Unity on his MAC.  It's the same issue, there are no such files!

Ony two files are there " Documentation + Standard Packages" and none of them has classes.jar

Please suggst me a sulotion, I really have to make this work in order to move on with my project.

Thanks in advance
