Unity Scene Play

February 18, 2011 - 7:14am #1

According to this thread,

http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/67433-QCAR-Unity-Extension-DLL-Error-for-QCARUnityPlayer

The scene play will not work until Qualcomm adds camera...
Is that correct?
Is Qualcomm going to provide the framework to Unity?
If so, when?
Thanks...

Or am I doing something wrong...I get the following errors when I do the scene play for ImageTargets sample project:
(Filename: Assets/Qualcomm Augmented Reality/Scripts/TrackerScript.cs Line: 496)

DllNotFoundException: QCARUnityPlayer
at (wrapper managed-to-native) TrackerScript:stopVideo ()

at TrackerScript.OnDisable () [0x0000a] in C:\Users\cjohnson\Documents\ImageTargets1\Assets\Qualcomm Augmented Reality\Scripts\TrackerScript.cs:498

Not yet. We're looking into automatically disabling the tracking logic so you can test your game logic in the editor, but that won't include any sort of realtime tracking (there is no simple camera feed we can use).

Does the latest release of the unity extension allow you to run your scene in the editor?

The QCAR Unity Extension only works on Android devices at this time, you cannot run applications using it in the Unity editor.
