Vertical flipping of model linked to multitarget

Hello,

I am using a cube as the multitarget. I have noticed that during runtime, when Vuforia loses my target and then reacquires it, the model is vertically flipped. This flipping appears to happen each time the target is lost and then found. 

Using:

Unity 5.5.1p4

Vuforia-Unity 6.2.10

Windows 10

 

Any ideas?

Hello,

This is likely related to errors in the pose, which may be due to:

  1. The quality of the targets associated with your cuboid
  2. The quality of the images from the device camera sensor provided to Vuforia
  3. Environmental challenges, such as lack of lighting and/or spectral reflections upon the surface of the cuboid

The "Flakes Box" target provided in the sample app is a very good representation of a cuboid. I would suggest benchmarking the performance of that cuboid against yours. If it works fine, then the source of the issue is likely #1. If it also has issues, then I would look to #2 and #3.
